Welcome to ModelIntegrate. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our offerings provided via modelintegrate.info. By accessing or using our offerings, you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree, please do not access or use our services.

2. Scope of Offerings

2.1 Services

We provide AI model integration and operational adoption solutions for teams. This includes consulting, custom development, deployment support and ongoing optimization. Delivery schedules and milestones are outlined in each service agreement.

2.2 Informational Products

Informational products include digital guides, webinars, templates and training materials relating to AI integration and team workflows. Access is granted via download links or secure portals upon confirmation of payment.

2.3 Physical Goods

Physical goods may include hardware enclosures, branded documentation kits or other tangible items specified in an order. Shipment terms and handling instructions are defined per purchase order.

3. Payment

All fees are due as specified in invoices or order confirmations. We accept major credit cards and other methods as agreed. Access to digital content or commencement of services begins once payment has been processed.

4. Refund Policy

4.1 Services

If you find the service unsatisfactory within 14 days of commencement, you may request a refund by contacting us. Refund requests must include a summary of unmet expectations. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days. Alternatively, at your request, we can reassign unused hours or scope to a future project date at no additional charge.

4.2 Informational Products

Digital products may be eligible for a refund within 7 days of purchase provided that no materials have been downloaded or accessed. To request a refund, contact us with your order details. Once approved, funds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.

4.3 Physical Goods

Physical items may be sent back in original condition within 30 days of receipt. Please contact us for a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. Once goods are received and inspected, we will credit the payment method used for purchase within 14 business days for the item cost. Shipping expenses are non-recoverable unless the goods are defective.

4.4 Non-Refundable Offerings

Certain bespoke or expedited services are not eligible for refund due to resource allocation and scheduling commitments made on your behalf. Such non-refundable engagements are clearly marked in the service agreement and explained prior to acceptance.

5. Modifications

We reserve the right to revise these terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting at modelintegrate.info. Continued use of our offerings after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ModelIntegrate’s liability for any claim related to these terms or our offerings is limited to the amount you paid in the six months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflicts of law principles.
